ST MERRYN IS 3/4 MILE AWAY WITH SHOPS,RESTAURANTS,WINE BAR,BEAUTY SALON,AND SURF SHOP.

WATERGATE BAY IS 10 MINS DRIVE AWAY WHERE JAMIE OLIVERS FIFTEEN RESTAURANT OVERLOOKS THE BAY AND THE EXTREME ACADEMY HIRES ALL YOUR SURFING,KITESURFING NEEDS.
NEWQUAY OFFERS SOME OF THE FINEST SURFING BREAKS SUCH AS FISTRAL BEACH WITH SURF COMPETITIONS AND FESTIVALS,RUN TO THE SUN.
THERE IS ALSO A ZOO,AQUARIUM FUN POOLS AND A NEW CINEMA COMPLEX.

CAMEL TRAIL IS A GREAT CYCLE RIDE ALONG THE RIVER CAMEL YOU CAN HIRE BIKES AT PADSTOW AND GO TO WADEBRIDGE OR CONTINUE TO BODMIN GREAT FOR ALL THE FAMILY.

This EXTENDED chalet has just been refurbished to a high standard and is rated as a 4 sun chalet by the site,the highest rating for a chalet.
PLEASE NOTE THE CHALETS LOOK THE SAME SIZE IN PHOTOS SO WHEN COMPARING PRICES PLEASE ASK IF IT HAS BEEN EXTENDED.
The chalet is fully insulated and there are electric wall heaters for the colder weather.
This fully furnished chalet sleeps five.
There is a double bedroom and 2nd bedroom with bunkbeds and a fold down bed seat in the lounge.
There is a brand new fully equiped kitchen with double oven and microwave,a dining area with table and chairs with patio doors leading onto a new decked area with picnic bench.
A shower room,and seperate lounge which the smaller chalets do not have, with digital tv.
Quilts and pillows are provided but you will need to bring your own covers and towels.
Travel cot available for hire.
FAMILIES AND COUPLES ONLY, GROUPS WILL BE ASKED TO LEAVE MY THE OWNERS.
No pets are allowed on site at present.
THERE IS A PLAY PARK, SPORTS FEILD,SHOP,TAKEAWAY,BAR AND GAMES ROOM AND LAUNDREY FACILITIES ON SITE.
There are seven sandy beaches nearby [seven bays for seven days]
ALL WITHIN 5 MINUTES DRIVE
HARLYN BAY has a great surf school and pub with live bands.
CONSTANTINE BAY is one of the best surfing beaches around.
BOOBIES BAY has great rock pools for kids to play in.
PORTHCOTHAN BAY is a great flat family beach.
TREYARNON BAY is another great family beach with a ymca and shop for meals and refreshments.
Merlin and Trevose golf clubs are within 5 minutes of the chalet park.
Available to rent from march 1st - jan 1st.

£170 Cheaper than booking directly with the site and £20 cheaper than their small budget chalets.
