It is situated on a quiet location within this popular complex,near to the golf course, with a PRIVATE PARKING SPACE . ( A LOVELY GENEROUS PLOT WITH AMPLE SPACE BETWEEN NEIGHBOURING CARAVANS AND NO CARAVANS IN FRONT, OR TO THE REAR.) just a short walk from a half mile SANDY BEACH with breathtaking scenery.
Hopton is 2 miles away from PLEASUREWOOD HILLS AMERICAN THEME PARK.and other family attractions.
The caravan has an en suite to the master bedroom,a twin room (and a double pull out sofa bed in the lounge.)It also has bathroom with shower,lounge/diner,and fully fitted kitchen with microwave ,large fridge freezer,gas oven etc (all utensils new ) Quilts and pillows provided , BUYER TO BRING SHEETS,plus DUVET AND PILLOW CASES. and TOWELS.Lounge has large 8 seater sofa, dining table ,flat screen TV with FREEVIEW and DVD player with selection of DVDS.
Fully central heated,double glazed,and gas fire in the lounge.(free gas and electricity.)
Outside picnic bench with sun brolly and 4 loungers.

The village has an INDOOR HEATED POOL with SLIDES and an OUTDOOR HEATED POOL.

A wide selection of family entertainment venues and eateries/bars inc.pizza delivery to your caravan.
Plenty to keep the whole family amused and well fed.
A non refundable deposit of £50.00p secures your booking payable at time of booking ( if not received after one week booking may be cancelled by us )balance to be paid 4 weeks prior to holiday. (installments if you wish.)
In addition to the final holiday price a £50.00p security bond is required which will be refunded after your holiday providing the caravan is left clean, tidy,and no breakages.
