Our caravan is a privately owned (and maintained to a high standard) WILLERBY 37 VACATION GOLD standard 12ft wide 3 bedroom holiday home with a gated and secure lockable 20 x 8ft timber veranda, a full size double Bedroom and Two twin bedrooms - with a fold out 4ft bed in the lounge for occasional use and loads of storage space, heating is via a Gas Fire in the lounge and electric radiators in the bedrooms - a Shaver point and Hair Dryer. The bathroom is of good size with heated rad/towel rail, wide double shower, basin and storage. A separate WC with basin, and doors to a central hallway.
The kitchen provides for all your cooking needs including a full size domestic 4-burner cooker oven & grill, toaster, microwave, kettle, George Forman grill and all the cooking utensils, crockery and cutlery you need.
Hot water, Gas, and Electricity
are inclusive.
All bed linen is provided ie. Duvets, covers, sheets, pillow cases - but please remember to bring towels and toiletries. The beds are made up for your arrival. A vaccum cleaner, iron & ironing board, airing rack, 2 beach chairs & some games are also provided. We have also added a number of items to make your stay more like a home and not an empty aluminium shell like some rentals.
The lounge area has comfortable high back seating, a set dining area, and a digital TV, DVD player, DVD's and a Play Station 2 with games for your entertainment. A number of books to read or take away if you do not finish.
The caravan also has a large timber veranda with a table & chairs for comfortable out-door dining and relaxation.
Pricing Range is £200 TO £620 (Sat to Sat) with BIG reductions for 2 or 3 person occupancy, Two week stays and Short Breaks out of main season. A £50 deposit is required on booking the remainder due 6 weeks prior to start date no cancallation refund after this date. Chques payable to R & J WEBB
