Privately owned and in excellent condition, our modern, luxury six berth static caravan has en-suite toilet and basin facilities to the master bedroom, plus a separate shower room and separate toilet with basin.
The kitchen is well fitted with full size gas cooker, microwave, fridge, kettle, toaster, sandwich maker and ample equipment for six people.
Smoke detectors, audible carbon monoxide detector and a fire extinguisher are installed. All equipment has been professionally tested and certificated.
Additional equipment includes vacuum cleaner, iron and ironing board, TV with Freeview (plus radio) and a DVD/CD player.
Outside is a 37' x 5' decked area with lighting, as well as table, chairs and parasol. There are plants around the caravan to provide colour and some level of privacy as well as providing a secure, gated play area for younger children
Our caravan is sited on the edge of Trelawne Manor Holiday Park, in the private owners section of the park which allows for a quieter stay, whilst still being within a short stroll of the amenities offered on this beautiful park.
Duvets and pillows are provided, but please bring sheets, pillow cases, towels and tea towels as these are not supplied.
Free wifi Internet access in clubhouse/reception and fixed terminals at reasonable cost.

Trelawne Manor is a John Fowler Holiday Park, offering many activities for both young and old. Heated outdoor and indoor pools with spiral flume, crazy golf, putting, giant chess, excellent fishing lake and much more will keep the whole family amused for the duration of your stay, no matter what the weather.
Based around a 15th century manor house which houses the reception , chapel, lounge and beautiful snooker room, this wonderful hall retains its character and charm and is well worth taking the time to visit.
In the evening there is entertainment every night of the week in the clubhouse (which is far enough away not to be a nuisance if you want an early night).

Nearby are the well known beauty spots of Looe and Polperro, while the nearest beach of Talland Bay (less than two miles away) is a natural cove with rock pools and sandy beaches, plus an excellent cafe for lunch.
It is difficult to list all of the nearby attractions; the Eden Project, the monkey sanctuary, Animal Land, Dobwalls Adventure Park and many more, are all within a short drive of the Park.
Cornwall is renowned for its beauty and splendour. People who have visited come back again and again to enjoy the spectacular scenery and unusually mild climate.
