Our 2009 top of the range, Willerby Evolution, 40'x14' Fully Double Glazed and Gas Central Heated static holiday home has two bedrooms, one double with en-suite and one twin. Both bedrooms have an ample amount of storage space with a good range of built in wardrobes.
The main bathroom has a full size bath with a power shower above.
The open plan kitchen/dining room has an oak table with four chairs situated next to the large picture window where you can take in the fabulous views whilst enjoying your meal.
The kitchen has a built in fridge freezer,microwave,combination oven with four ring hob/grill and extractor fan. The accomodation has the luxury advantage of a washer/dryer.
The lounge has double sliding patio doors electric fire ample seating area, a 26"flatscreen TV,DVD,CD Player and Freeview Sky box.
Smoking and pets are strictly forbidden.
The caravan is situated in a very private part of the site where you can relax at the patio area and take in the views of the fabulous scenery and a variety of wildlife just outside your door.
There is a free standing two burner gas BBQ, log burning Chimanea, Patio Table and Chairs, Parasol for those sunny days and Sun Loungers.
There is ample parking to the rear of the plot for two vehicles.
Oak Head is situated just off the A590 High Newton By-Pass 1 mile south of Newby Bridge.
2 miles away is Fell Foot Park situated on the shores of Lake Windermere.It offers boating, cruise excursions to Ambleside and fishing. Also nearby are golfing, horse riding, canooing and sailing facilities. The Edwardian town of Grange-over-Sands is well worth a visit. The old village of Cartmel and its racecourse and fine priory plus the stately home of holker hall offers an excelent day out . 5 miles away is the old market town of Ulverston and the birth place of Stan Laurel.
Ideally situated for walking and cycling enthusiasts and also to use as a base for visiting the many places of interest within the fabulous Lake District National Park. Short stays subject to availability.
There is a wide selection of eating facilities all within a few miles of oak head park. A local shop, garage and butchers is only a mile away.
