The home is fitted out to a high standard.and is also used by our self's as a holiday home, please bare this in mind and treat it with respect,thank you.
The home is fully central heated and double glazed.
A £75 per week deposit [non refundable] secures your desired holiday dates,the balance to be paid 6 weeks prior to start date.
We ask all holiday makers for an additional £75 security bond against any damage,loss of keys and no excess cleaning is/was required, returnable after 14 days of holiday.
Please adhere to the strict NO SMOKING RULE inside the caravan.
Please ensure the area around the caravan is kept clean and tidy.
Entertainment passes are not included but will be required if using site facilities, these are available at reception, approx £52 per van per week.
The park management or caravan owner have the right to terminate any holiday if the general behaviour,or noise level of any of the party is unacceptable to them or complaints have been received.N0 money will be refunded in this circumstance.
The owner or his representative shall be allowed access to the caravan at any reasonable time during occupancy.
