The accommodation is 3 bedrooms, one double two twin, there is also a double sofa bed in lounge so the caravan can sleep up to 6 people max.No all Male/ female Parties
Price includes angling at our lakes for 2 people Additional anglers will be charged £15 per person per week.
(Anglers over the age of 12 must be in possession of a valid EA Licence.)
The accommodation is a caravan, which is clean and functional with T.V, Cooker, Fridge,mircowave,heating, Shower with W.C, Pillows & Duvets (you will need to bring linen sheets and towels)

A £50 Breakage deposit will be needed with the booking which will be returned as long as the caravan is left in good order.
We are situated in the village of Par which is 5 miles from St.Austell and 2 miles from Fowey.
Par has a beautiful silver sand beach, there are many coastal paths which go for miles around Cornwall and includes the Saints Way, running from Fowey to Padstow.
Fowey is the perfect place to visit with its stunning views, charming shops and art galleries, and there are very good pubs and restaurants in which to eat.
Fowey has been ranked as one of the UK's most desirable places to visit.
We are 2 miles from the Eden Project, which is a great interet to all - even the children will love it. The Eden Project is very educational and a must for all you garden enthusiasts.
We also have a Riding School, fishing lakes,Touring Park ,swimming pool and large Gymnasium based on site
