Caravan consists of large spacious lounge area with free standing furniture and seperate dining table and chairs. Flat screen T.V with DVD player. Radio/CD with a selection of recordings for your enjoyment.
Well equiped kitchen with Fridge/Freezer - steamer - kettle - toaster - microwave and plenty of utensils and equipment to make your holiday a home from home.
Shower room with toilet and wash basin.
One double bedroom and two twin rooms with a hairdryer in each.
There is an ironing board and a steam iron
The caravan is double glazed and central heated throughout and also houses a gas fire in the lounge.

Bed linen is supplied on bookings of 3 nights or more. And you are required to bring your own towells and toiletries.

There is a parking space adjacent to the caravan. Please do not park on the grass.
When you arrive after your long tiring journey you will find tea - coffee - sugar and milk in the van so you can have a refreshing brew before you unpack the car.

BOOKING CONDITIONS

A £50 deposit (NON REFUNDABLE) is required to secure a booking. Balance to be paid 4 weeks prior to arrival date.

Pets are allowed (NEGOTIABLE WITH THE OWNER) An additional charge of £10 per pet per break is required plus a £25 security deposit which will be returned to you within 7 days of your departure on the condition that there is no damage hairs or smell left in the caravan
Smoking is not allowed in the van.
Entertainment (FUNWORK) passes are NOT included in the price of your holiday but can be obtained from reception at any time during your stay.
No groups of under 18 year olds are allowed without a supervising adult (PARK RULES)
No groups of "SAME SEX" visitors are allowed. (PARK RULES)
