Our luxury caravan was new in 2010, is situated in an ideal location at reigthon sands. It is on an end plot with great panoramic views of Filey bay.
There is off-road parking directly to the side of the caravan for one car with further parking spaces available on near by car parks on the site. Our caravan has easy access to the enterance via a ramp ideal for wheel chair access.
Sleeps 8 having 3 bedrooms, one double and two twin rooms, shower room with wash basin and W/C, as well as having a second W/C, a spacious lounge and with two sofas, one converts into a bed if required, gas central heating and double glaze windows, TV, video and DVD player.
The kitchen is fully equipment and includes toaster, kettle, microwave, fridge, pots, pans, plates, cups, crockery etc…
Weekly hire prices for caravan range from £200.00 for low season and from £490 for high season.

A £100 deposit is required at the time of booking, this secures your holiday dates. Full payment to be made 6 weeks prior to your holiday date.
If holiday is less than 6 weeks from the time of booking full payment is required.
We accept cheques, postal orders, cash (only by recorded delivery), cash transfers via bank and PayPal.
Once you have paid for your holiday in full we will send you a receipt and arrangements will be made for caravan keys to be with you. The full amount of the holiday must be received in full before we can release the keys.
Arrival time is 3pm, our vacate time is 11am, alternative arrives sometimes can be made depending of other bookings.
*Pillows and duvets are provided but please bring your own quilt covers, pillow cases, bed sheets and towels.
One well behaved dog is welcome on request, for a small additional charge.
