Abi Sunrise extra wide and extra long (36ft by 12ft) holiday home, sleeps 6 in 3 bedrooms (1 double and 2 twin)is situated in a quiet cul de sac near to the beach.
The accommodation comprises of a spacious lounge area complete with gas fire, tv with intergrated dvd player, cd and radio. There is a selection of books, games, cd's and dvd's. Adjacent to the lounge is the dining area.
The kitchen is fully equipped with a gas hob, grill and oven. There is a fridge with freezer compartment, microwave oven, toaster, sandwich toaster and slow cooker.
The main bedroom has a double bed, wardrobe and over bed storage. The other two bedrooms have twin beds with wardrobes and over bed storage. Bedding for 6 people is provided.
The bathroom has a wash basin, shower cubicle and toilet.
For added warmth and comfort all rooms contain oil filled radiators.
For your convenience we provide an iron, ironing board and vacuum cleaner.
Our caravan is cleaned and checked after each occupancy. Gas and electricity is included in the price.
Alongside the caravan is a paved patio area with furniture, and a paved area for parking.
Our price does not include the Haven Entertainment/Swimming passes. However you can purchase the passes yourself from the reception on your arrival.
Weekly hire prices for caravan range from £200.00(low season) to £490.00 (high season).
A £50 deposit is required at the time of booking, and this secures your holiday dates. Full payment to be made 8 weeks prior to your holiday date.
If holiday is less than 8 weeks from the time of booking full payment is required.
We accept cheques, postal orders, cash (only by recorded delivery)
Once you have paid for your holiday in full we will send you a receipt and arrangements will be made for caravan keys to be with you. The full amount of the holiday must be received in full before we can release the keys.
Arrival time is 3pm, please adhere to our vacate time of 10.30am.
NO smokers or pets allowed. NO single sex parties allowed.
