three bedroom caravan with spacious decking area complete with table and chairs bench and bbq.bedroom 1 comes with double bed.bedroom 2 comes with 2 singles or push together double.bedroom 3 comes with 2 singles.all bedrooms come with bed side tables,wardrobes and cupboards.toilet and shower rooms are separate both with hand basins.kitchen consists gas cooker with grill and four ring gas hob,microwave,toaster,standard sized fridge with icebox.kitchen is well stocked with all utensils.lounge is of the fixed seating type with dining table.
duvets and pillows are provided,guests need to provide linen.
electric is by £1 coin meter,gas is free.
there are no extras to pay on this site i.e clubhouse,pool,etc
usually we allow one small dog therefore the decking area is gated.it should be noted there are strict site rules concerning dogs.dogs must never be left unattended in the caravan,decking area included.dogs must be on a lead at all times around the caravan park.there is a field on site for dog walking.
the park is situated on the edge of wadebridge town so all ammenities are close at hand.we are also ideally situated for cycling enthusiasts using the camel trail.close by are the likes of padstow,rock,port isaac,polzeath.
