2002 BK Bluebird Caprice 36 x 12 2 bedroom 6 berth static caravan in the beautiful Lake District. Caravan has full winterised package with double glazing and central heating situated on Hillcroft Park, Pooley Bridge on Lake Ullswater.
This is a luxury holiday park with a brand new children’s play area available. The park is a 4 star park and has been awarded the coveted Rose award for 2010. The site has a security gate which is closed at night which is accessed with a key pass.
The area is great for lovely walks and beautiful scenery. It is 10 minutes walk from Pooley Bridge for local shops and pubs (3). Penrith is the nearest town which is about 8 miles away, 10 minutes by car. Penrith is on the main West coast railway line. There is a local bus service to Pooley Bridge and a steamer terminal for boat rides down Lake Ullswater which is the second largest lake being 8 miles long.
Windermere is about 40 minutes car drive and Keswick is about 25 minutes car drive.
There are two bedrooms, one with en suite toilet/washbasin and double bed, 2 single beds in smaller bedroom and double fold down bed in sitting room.
Complete with TV, Freeview box, DVD player, crockery, cutlery, microwave, oven, fridge, freezer
Outside decking with patio furniture and gas Barbeque, Patio Heater with views towards Lake Ullswater and Blencathra in distance.
Situated on Hillcroft Park, Pooley Bridge, Ullswater, near Penrith. No smoking in van to respect other users. Pets allowed but have to abide by Park Rules (not allowed to roam freely or foul on the Park).
You should provide your own linen and towels. Duvets and pillows are provided but not covers. Linen can be provided but at cost of £5 per person. Bond will be required of £100 to cover cost of breakages/damages, refundable at end of stay after inspection and providing no damages and caravan left in good condition.

Full payment required to secure booking if within 6 weeks of rental, otherwise £75 booking fee and balance 6 weeks prior to rental commencing. Families or Couples only please. Arrangements for keys along with other details will be provided once full payment has been received.
Rentals will generally commence at 3pm on day of arrival and end at 11am on the day of leaving.
Payment can be made by Paypal. However due to costs of Paypal a discount of 1.5% off the rental value can be offered for other payment methods.
Rental Dates for 2010
Dates are nights stay inclusive
12th July- 6th August £70 per night Friday, Sat, Sun, other nights £55
Sept to 12th, £50 per night Fri, Sat, Sun, others £35
From 13th Sept onwards, £40 per night Fri, Sat, Sun, other nights £25 per night except 23rd - 29th October when £55 F,S,S and £35 others.
Minimum charge £80 per stay.
10% off for bookings of 7 or more nights
Prices for other dates on request.
