Fully double glazed and centrally heated, this Monaco is situated in an elevated position and has wonderful views over the coast from the large balcony.
The main bedroom has a king size bed, plenty of wardrobe and cupboard space, dressing table with hairdryer, colour TV and an ensuite w.c.
The second bedroom has 2 domestic size single beds and plenty of wardrobe and cupboard space.
The kitchen has large gas cooker, mixrowave, toaster, kettle, fridge and seperate freezer.
The lounge diner has a glass-topped dining table with 4 chairs, a two-seater settee and a three-seater settee and a colour TV with DVD, video and freeview. The balcony is accessed from the double opening doors at the front of the lounge. There are table and chairs on the balcony.
The bathroom has a jacuzzi bath, seperate shower cubicle, wash basin and w.c.
Parking is alongside in a private tarmac parking bay.
The maximum occupancy is 4 people, including babies.
This caravan is next to another 2 bedroom 4 berth caravan and in front of an 3 bedroom 56 berth caravan so is ideal for group bookings.

No pets permitted.
NO SMOKING IS ALLOWED IN THIS CARAVAN.
The person making the booking must be at least 21 years old and resident in the caravan for the duration of the holiday.
