The lounge area has plenty of seating, an electric fire and a colour TV with DVD and freeview. The large south-facing windows look across the park and out to sea. Parking is alongside on private tarmac parking bay. There is also a large grassed area for children to play on.

No all male/female bookings are accepted. The hirer must be over the age of 21 and be in the caravan for the duration of the holiday.
