The PARK LANE is a massive 39x14. It has 2 bedrooms, Main bedroom has en suite facilities which include shower, WC and hand basin. The caravan has an additional Bathroom with corner bath, WC and hand basin. The second bedroom can be a adapted to a twin or double bed. The PARK LANE is close to the current ultimate in caravan luxury. It is one of one of our 'Seafront Three'. The other two being a 2008 ALLERTON and a DEVON. All three units are on sea front sites, and side by side. There is nothing in front of you except what are arguably the best views available at Devon Cliffs. On a clear day it is possible to see Portland Bill, some 58 miles distant.s These three caravans are also sited on what is probably the quietest part of the park, yet still only a few minutes walk from the Main Holiday Complex of Britains Premiere Holiday park. In addition to that magnificent view, all manner of wildlife can be seen from this spot. Badgers, deer, kestrels, and of course rabbits by the score. Guests staying in this caravan have frequently reported sightings of porpoises, and the occasional whale. (We suspect the whales were probably Basking Sharks).
There is a car parking space alongside the caravan.
All duvets and pillows are provided.
Bed linen can be hired at a cost of £12 per bedroom.

Veranda 18 wide, 2 double bedrooms, main en suite. Central Heating, Sky TV,m all regions DVD player, 21" Colour TV/Digibox (digibox for the second TV in the Main bedroom)CD/Radio/Cassette, Fridge, separate freezer, Washing Machine or Dishwasher, (fitted for, but not yet supplied) Microwave, Range style Oven with 4 ring hob, Gas fire, Security alarm, Shower, Corner Bath, Iron & board, built in Hairdryer, Toaster, Duvets & pillows.
Parties greater than four will not be allowed.
Parents with young children are welcome, but please leave the crayons at home.
No smoking, no pets in this caravan.
