We have to offer a privately owned Silver rated 6 berth 2005 luxury caravan situated on the Haven Perran Sands Holiday Park, Perranporth, Cornwall.
The caravan is 35 x 12, maintained in first class condition, with a double bedroom, twin room, and a fold out double bed in the lounge. It has a modern kitchen area, separate dining area, spacious lounge and separate toilet and shower. Heaters are fitted in all the bedrooms and lounge. It is fully fitted out for self catering for up to six people and has the additional facilities of a fridge freezer, microwave, all cooking utensils and crockery, electric iron, hair dryer,flat screen colour television with built in DVD player.
The caravan is positioned on the Fairings Estate which is ideal for a peaceful and relaxing holiday.
