The facilities in our luxurious centrally heated and double glazed 4 berth Willerby Winchester caravan include a double bedroom with walk-in wardrobe and en-suite toilet facilities, twin bedroom, spacious and comfortable lounge with colour TV/DVD and free standing furniture, adjacent dining area, well equipped kitchen plus an excellent shower/wash/toilet room. Outside there is an adjacent hard-standing parking bay and a paved patio area with outdoor dining furniture.
Leisure Complex passes (except early March), gas, electricity and bed linen all included in the price.
Church Farm Holiday Village is a well laid out, attractive holiday destination, prettily located close to the beach, Pagham Harbour and Pagham lagoon. The park provides a host of entertainment and facilities, including show bar, catering - with indoor and outdoor dining area, indoor and outdoor swimming pool, bowling, tennis, mini golf, park shop, children's entertainment and activities. There is also an attractive 9 hole, par 3 golf course adjacent to the nature reserve.
There are numerous attractions in the surrounding area, including miles of beaches, Arundel Castle, Cathedral and Wildfowl & Wetlands Centre, the beautiful Chichester Harbour, Chichester Cathedral, Festival Theatre and old walled town, Portsmouth Historic Ships, Singleton Weald and Downland Open Air Museum with its wonderful collection of historic buildings, Goodwood and Fontwell Park race courses, Brighton Pavilion and Marina plus miles and miles of beautiful South Downs country for walking, cycling or touring.
Our caravan is ideal for couples, young families and lovers of nature and fine scenery.
We regret that we are unable to let our caravan to persons all under the age of 21 or to groups of the same sex.
Access is by steps and unfortunately the caravan does not have disability facilities.
Letting season from March to October.
Weekly prices from £265 to £595.
Short breaks can be booked for a minimum of three nights.
