For a superb relaxing holiday our privately owned luxury 6 berth/3 bedroom caravan is guaranteed to meet all your home comforts, located on Lincolnshires Premier Leisure Park just 5 mins drive from the centre of Skegness, located on main A158. We have a very spacious modern ABI caravan measuring 36ft x 12ft, which is fully heated & provides ample storage space throughout. Private parking on hardstanding is available for 2 cars next to the caravan. For additional comfort we have provided: all mod cons such as TV/DVD flat screen with remote, FREEVIEW, CD hi-fi with remote, fully fitted bathroom suite complete with walk in power shower, fitted kitchen with fitted appliances oven/hob/grill, fridge freezer, microwave, kettle, teapot/cafetiere, toaster, crockery / cutlery / glassware / utensils / saucepans, iron & ironing board, upright cyclone vacuum cleaner, selection of books, dvds & games to use at your leisure. We do provide quilts and pillows, however you need to bring your own *sheets, *quilt covers & *pillow cases, *towels/tea towels. All utilities are mains connected, supplied free of charge for guests. Upon your arrival, we provide a variety of refreshments for all the family to enjoy, along with a selection of miniature bathroom toiletries, all supplied with our compliments.
We take great pride in the cleanliness & high standards our holiday home has to offer our guests, and throughout the year we arrange for all carpets/curtains/upholstery, including the exterior of our holiday home and the verandah, to be professionally cleaned. We also personally inspect our caravan on every booking.

* Why not let us provide all fresh linen and towels for your visit, you will arrive with all your beds freshly made with bath & hand towels provided, extra charge for this service is £35.
Security Bond:
Please note we do require a security bond of £50 which is not included within our holiday tariff, this is required in advance and is fully refunded within 7 days of your visit, so long as you have left our holiday home in a very clean and tidy condition, and that there have been no damages/losses/soiling incurred. We do provide a vacuum cleaner, and all cleaning materials within the caravan for your use, it is YOUR responsibility to keep the caravan safe, clean and tidy and to ensure you clean it fully on day of departure and leave it as you would expect to find it ready for the next guests arriving.

Deposits: £50 per week to be received within 5 days of date of booking. Deposits are non-refundable. Full payment is required no later than 21 DAYS prior to arrival date.
