This is a 2007 Willerby Gold 30x10, well equipped static caravan. The accommodation comprises of 1 double and 1 twin bedroom, as well as a sprung fold-out bed concealed within the seating in the lounge, easily accommodating up to 6 people. There is ample cupboard and wardrobe space in both bedrooms along with storage under all beds.
A newly constructed Decking area has also been included to the van.
The fitted kitchen has a gas cooker, fridge with freezer compartment, microwave, kettle, toaster and all crockery, cutlery and glassware. Facilities in the caravan include a combination boiler for instant hot water.
The lounge has a gas fire, TV and DVD player. There is also a dining area with table and chairs.
Included in the price of your holiday is bed linen, towels, gas and electric.
The accommodation is no smoking throughout. Pets are welcome. Check-in and check-out times may be flexible, but only by prior arrangement. Short/weekend breaks may also be available at certain times of the year.
This caravan is ideally located on a beautiful part of the Moray Firth in Scotland and is only minutes away from numerous Golf Courses in the area giving an excellent base for golfing holidays. The Moray Whisky Trail is also on your doorstep.
Burghead Beach Caravan Park has limited on site facilities and entertainment, however, there are numerous facilities within easy walking distance. The park is located on Burghead Beach giving stunning views of the Moray Firth coastline and harbour area of Burghead. 5 miles of golden sandy beach is on your doorstep, excellent for walking or just relaxing. Roseisle Woodland Picnic Area is also easily accessible from the caravan or beach, an excellent woodland area for walks or play with access to barbeque equipment. Burghead is a beautiful coastal village with many amenities including local shop, pharmacy and 3 pubs providing excellent meals at very reasonable prices. There is also a large play park and sports ground and a local outdoor bowling club. Burghead also has the well documented Pictish Site and Burning of the Clavie at Doorie Hill which has become a very popular tourist attraction over the years. You can also walk the Coastal Trail east, toward Hopeman which also has all amenities mentioned above plus and 18 hole golf course.
The city of Elgin is only 8 miles away, and has the usual High Street stores and supermarkets as well as a Leisure centre, which includes a Swimming Pool, ice rink and gym. A large park is available with boating pond, cricket ground and extensive library. Ther is also Elgin City Football and Social Club, the Historic Elgin Cathedral and in town all pubs and nightclubs. Elgin also has a ten pin Bowling alley and is accessible from Burghead by a regular Bus Service.
