Beautiful fully heated 8 berth caravan sited on a brand new development "The Sandhills". Approx a 5-6 minute walk to the butlins main resort. The caravan consists of 3 bedrooms. Bedroom 1 has a double bed with ample wardrobe and storage space. Bedroom 2 has twin single rooms with cupboards and mirror. Bedroom 3 is a twin beds,and storage and wardrobe space. All bedrooms are supplied with duvets, pillows, mattress and pillow protectors and heaters. You will need to bring your own covers for duvets and pillows as well as bedding sheets. There is a double fold out sofabed in the lounge area. The lounge area has a comfortable seating area, a fitted coal effect gas fire, colour freeview wide screen tv, Freeview with upto 30 channels, CD micro system with radio and a dining table with seating.
The kitchen comes fully equipped with a gas cooker/grill, fridge with freezer compartment, microwave, kettle, toaster, sandwich maker and all the pots and pans you will require for your holiday. There is a smoke alarm, fire extinguisher for your safety within the caravan. We also supply an hairdryer, ironing board, electric steam iron and vacuum cleaner. There is an assortment of reading books, games, videos for all the family.
The modern white bathroom has an electric shower, toilet, wash basin, and a bathroom cabinet. There is picnic bench. Ample parking space is to the side of the caravan which also has solar lights. Passes for up to 8 people are included in the price for most of our holidays, Gas and Elec is included. Please add £50 to the balance of your holiday as a bond, this is returned to you with in 7 days of your holiday end date
