The caravan is a silver graded 2006 model, it is 8 berth caravan and is 12ft wide offering upto 25% extra space.
The caravan is based in Primrose Field, which is a quiet cul-de-sac area of the park. It is in perfect pitch, and is ideally located as it is very close to the main club complex, convenience store, swimming pool, reception and many other amenities. The caravan is fully fitted with lots of little luxury comforts; this is to ensure that you have a very enjoyable and pleasant holiday.
The design of the caravan maximises the interior space, which includes a large spacious lounge area. There is a large comfortable seating area, fitted gas fire, television/DVD player and a mini cd player. For the children there is a selection of board games and DVD’s.
Adjacent to the lounge is a dining area which comprises of a rectangular table, with plenty of seating to cater for a family of 8. Next to the dining area is a fully fitted modern kitchen with plenty of cupboards and work space and is well equipped including a kettle, toaster, microwave, fridge, cooker and there is a large selection of pots, pans, crockery and cutlery.
The sleeping accommodation consists of 3 bedrooms, which includes a double bedroom and 2 twin bedrooms. All the bedrooms have built in wardrobes and overhead storage. For added warmth and extra comfort heating panels have been installed.
There is a separate toilet and shower room, the shower room has a heated towel rail. There is off road car parking along the side of the caravan.
For the safety of all our guests, there is a smoke alarm and also a fire extinguisher and 2 exit doors, all windows in each room open. Along side the caravan there is a paved area for parking. For the safety of children the caravan is not situated on the main road.
All gas and electric is included. Duvets and pillows are provided, but could you please bring your own linen. The entertainment passes are not included in the price. All my prices are very competitive and reasonable.
