All gas & electric is free, all bed linen supplied and beds made up prior to your arrival.
Welcome pack of tea, coffee, milk, sugar, bread & butter so you can relax with a drink when you arrive.
Brochures for Cornwall amusements and places to visit are in your van, as are maps of the local area shops and pubs. All caravans have outdoor seating areas with either gardens or hanging baskets. We meet you on arrival, take you to your caravan, show you around and answer any questions you may have We are on site , so you can contact us at any time.
The site is safe and quiet,this is the holiday to RELAX.
The Eden project is less than three miles away.
There are also many pubs, castles, ports, train trips to Newquay etc;
On site there is a shop, cafe, clubhouse, indoor pool and launderette.
For extra charges there is also a gym, horse riding, cycle hire, fishing lakes and a solarium.
There are some healthy, beautiful walks nearby, cliff top or interesting historical places. Five fantastic Cornish beaches within 5 miles, nearest sandy beach is just 3/4 mile, flat 15 mins walk or by car, 5mins.
Par market every weekend plus Wednesday in the summer. beside it Bens World, endless children amusements open all week.
