The second and third bedrooms both have 2 single beds, wardrobe and cupboard space.
The bathroom has a shower and wash-basin. The w.c.is separate.
The kitchen has large gas cooker, large fridge with ice compartment, microwave, toaster and kettle. There is a built-in ironing board in the kitchen too.
The dining area is opposite the kitchen, and has table, stools and fixed seating.
The large lounge has plenty of seating, gas fire, colour TV with DVD, video and freeview. The door from the lounge leads onto the balcony.
Parking is alongside on private tarmac parking space.
