The main bedroom has a king size bed, plenty of wardrobes, twin bed side tables and a dressing table. It has an ensuite w.c.
The second bedroom has 2 single beds, wardrobe and cupboards and a dressing table.
The kitchen/diner has built-in fridge, built-in freezer, gas range cooker, microwave, toaster, kettle and washing machine.
The dining area has table and chairs.
The lounge has a three piece suite, with the spare double bed in the settee. There is also an electric fire, colour TV/video/DVD and music system. The view from the lounge looks right over the bay towards Budleigh Salterton.
The main bathroom has a large shower, wash basin and w.c.
There is a balcony with outdoor table and chairs.
