This modern luxury caravan is your ideal home-from-home family holiday accommodation, on Lincolnshire's 5* Premier Leisure Park which is situated 5 minutes drive from Skegness and the sea front attractions, 10 - 15 mins to Ingoldmells / Fantasy Island & Eastgate markets ETC.
The caravan
Is an ABI Vintage, it is a modern, homely caravan that sleeps 6 people comfortably: 2 bedrooms (1 double, 1 twin) and pull out bed in the lounge area, having electric wall panel heating throughout the holiday caravan.
It is a lovely home-from-home holiday caravan with all your home comforts, including, Colour TV, DVD player, Radio /CD player, Microwave, Toaster, Kettle, Fridge, Steam Iron with Ironing Board, Full Size Vacuum Cleaner.
Outside
The holiday caravan is situated on a corner plot, having the benefit of two seating areas, a verandah decking with seating area to access the caravan on one side and patio seating area on the opposite side.This has its own parking space alongside the caravan.
We provide
Enough bedding for up to 6 people which includes: 4 double duvets, 6 pillows, but however, you will be required to bring your own duvets covers, pillow slips & mattress flat sheets (I will send you a list of items that you may wish to bring with you that I do not provide).
Cleanliness is one of our main priorities. This holiday caravan is cleaned to a professionally standard at every guest change over ready for the next guests to check-in. All carpets and upholstery are shampoo-cleaned on a regular basis throughout the season to a professional standard.
All prices include FREE gas, electric and water which are all mains-connected.
The holiday Park
Opens 1st March until 5th January inclusive.
Southview Leisure Park is Lincolnshire's Premier 5* Leisure Park and should cater for all of your familiesā Leisure and Entertainment requirements.

3) Cheque/Postal order - Provisional bookings are held for 3 days which gives time to send the deposit or payment in full.
Deposit / balance / bond
£50 DEPOSIT PER WEEK BOOKED SECURES YOUR BOOKING, BALANCE PAYABLE + *£50 REFUNDABLE BOND 8 WEEKS BEFORE THE START DATE, IF YOU BOOK YOUR CARAVAN BREAK WITHIN 8 WEEKS FULL PAYMENT IS REQUIRED + £50 REFUNDABLE BOND.
*Refundable Bond
Please note that we require a £50 per week refundable bond which is not included within our holiday tariff. This is required with your balance payment and is fully refunded when you check out or within 7 days of checking out, so long as you have left our holiday caravan in a clean and tidy condition and that there have been no damages of breakages in our holiday caravan, we do provide a vacuum cleaner and all cleaning materials for your use.
