Devon, Devon cliffsThis Pemberton Mystique is 39ft long x12ft wide. It benefits from double glazing and central heating throughout.
The main bedroom has a double bed. There is plenty of wardrobe and cupboard space. It has the benefit of an en-suite shower and w.c.
The two twin bedrooms are identical. They have 2 single beds in each, along with wardrobe and cupboard space.
The main bathroom has a bath, wash basin and w.c.
The kitchen has a gas cooker, microwave, large fridge and freezer, toaster, kettle, iron and ironing board.
The Dining room has table and 6 chairs, all free standing. There is also a dresser There is a large picture window in the dining area.
The Lounge has a new leather two piece suite - a 2 seater and a 3 seater settee. There is an electric fire, colour TV, DVD, freeview and music centre.
Double doors at the front end of the lounge lead out onto the enclosed balcony, which has a stunning view overlooking the park and out to sea. Patio table and chairs are provided.
There is also a grass area at the side of the caravan for children to play on (no ball games though).
Parking is in a private tarmac bay at the side of the cararvan.
No smoking is permitted in this caravan, and no pets are allowed.
The hirer of the caravan must be at least 21 years if age and be in residence for the duration of the holiday.
If you have been to Devon Cliffs before or if its the first time, you will experience the private beach access and lots to do and see at the complex. There are no shortage of places to visit off the Park. If you don't wish to drive all the time the local bus runs an hourly service 7 days a week from inside the park to Exmouth bus and railway stations.
OUR TWO caravans are situated on Sunset View so will do if you have extended family or friends.
Our Park Lane is sited on no.28 and The Mystique
