THIS CARAVAN SLEEPS A MAXIMUM OF 6 PEOPLE! (SORRY NO MORE ARE ALLOWED)
This caravan is a 28ft by 12ft 6 berth 2 bedroom sited on a small Immaculately kept site on Roman bank in Ingoldmells. Next to the kingfisher site. The caravan is 2 mins from the beach, and a Genuine 5 mins walk to Fantasy Island and the Eastgate Market. Butlins is 1mile away.
At the rear entrance of the site there is a lovely family pub called the sandancer with family room and probably the best outside smoking area in ingoldmells, there is also an amusement arcade and fish and chip shop, and there is only a five minute walk into fantasy island with all it has to offer.
This is a family caravan so respectful families only! and strictly unavailable to groups of young people.

No smoking in the caravan please! there is a table and chairs on the verandah for your use
The caravan is very modern and in fantastic condition. It has just had Brand New UPVC Veranda fitted.
Equipped with colour television and DVD player, plus a selection of films, Free view, a gas cooker, microwave, fridge freezer, toaster, electric kettle, iron, vacuum cleaner ect.
All you need to bring is towels and Bed covers (pillows & duvets supplied)
