The caravan is situated by the lake where you can enjoy watching the ducks, swans, geese, and many others gathering on the water. There is a patio with table and chairs for out door eating and a barbeque is provided. Your holiday home is modern with every home comfort equipped to a high standard, with beds made up for your arrival, colour tv and dvd, tea coffee sugar and milk, books and board games, hand towels,teatowels, even binoculars for a spot of bird watching. Your dog will be made welcome as Par Sands is a "dog friendly" beach, and fantastic for a good run. Par Sands is situated on Cornwalls south coast close to the now famous Eden Project between the lovely Fowey estuary and quaint fishing village of Mevagissey. Centrally located to easily visit any of Cornwalls attractions. Stay on site and there is plenty to do. The indoor swimming pool, crazy golf, and tennis courts are always popular or hire a bike and explore one of the many cycle trails in the area (maps available). For walkers the Cornwall coastal path runs just above the beach and a pleasant clifftop walk to Polkerris with lunch at "the pub on the beach" is not to be missed. For hardier walkers the whole coast is waiting to be explored. The village of Par is along a short pathway where you will find shops, pubs, and takeaways for your everyday needs, there is also a riding stables, and fishing tackle shop close by. For city shopping Truro is about 30 minute drive. There is a main line station at Par and many pretty branch line trips available if you want a day off driving.
