Wi-Fi, it is with regret that due to bad reception Devoncliffs have informed us that guests will not be able to obtain Wi-Fi in the caravans throughout the site.
But it is still available at the complex/club area

Our South facing Spruces 20 caravan has the sun all day with a patio door leading directly onto the decking area.
DECKING AREA, the decking runs from the front patio door around to the main door, there is a FREE GAS B.B.Q for you to use, so you can have your breakfast, dinner and tea while using the outside table and chairs.

This Caravan has Magnificent Panoramic Sea & Cliff views from the Decking and the front room as seen in the photo's. These uninterrupted views go on for Miles & Miles, looking along the English Riviera, towards Berry Head some 30 miles away.

At night the passing ships and coast line, Twinkle like Stars. The decking area can be lit up at night, cook on the permanent BBQ. use the table & chairs provided, eat Al Fresco style.

Only 3 minutes walk down to the beautiful Sandy Bay Beach. Only 50yds from the South West Coastal Path, and a 5 minute stroll to the complex.

This holiday caravan has 3 bedrooms, 1 double & 2 twins, the twin beds can be pushed together to make one large bed,all bedrooms have plenty of storage cupboards There is also pull out bed in the front room.

TOILETS. There 2 toilets, one shower

We supply an Iron/Ironing board & hair drier. we are willing to supply a travel cot/high chair free of charge if required.

We also supply all the duvets & pillows, but please bring your own covers & sheets.

OUR PRICES DO NOT INCLUDE THE HAVEN FUN/ENTERTAINMENT PASSES.

We would recommend that you take out a holiday insurance cover, for any loss of personal items, or personal accidents, as our caravan insurance does-not cover any loss or personal accidents in or around the caravan.

We had a lovely stay, everything we needed, we would recommend walking to Knowle via the coast path and visiting the Oak Barn furnishings for a lovely cream tea and walking to Budleigh Salterton such stunning scenery, also a lovely ride to Exmouth and back on the open top bus.

Having been staying in caravans on different sites for upwards of 20 years all over the u.k, this is without doubt the best view and park location, the caravan is located within 5 minutes to all facilites and entertainments, yet when sitting on the decking over looking the bay, you would not know you were on a vast site, i could go on and on about the positives of the caravan, but think all i need to say is that when we return to Devon cliffs we would not even bother looking anywhere else but Spruces 20, don't take my word.
