Scotland, Park Dean Holiday Resort SouthernessLuxury caravan in Park Dean Holiday resort Southerness rated **** by the Scottish Tourist Board, with the Galloway Hills to the back, and some of the most beautiful Scenery in Scotland.
The van is brand new Rosendale with 2 Bedrooms, master with ensuite and large twin 2nd Bedroom. There is a 2nd toilet and separate shower room. The kitchen is fully fitted with full cooker and integral fridge and freezer. Large picture windows are a feature in the lounge and are fully double glazed and the van has radiator heating system throughout with an electric lounge fire. We also have T/V DVD Radio/CD player, Microwave, Hairdryer, Hoover, Iron/iron board. Outside there is table and chairs on PVC Decking which has a walkway from front door to the front of the van with a view overlooking the Solway Firth and the Beach which is right on your doorstep with a lighthouse at far end and large rock area for the kids to find crabs, everything you will need for an enjoyable holiday including Links Golf course next door.
We try and leave a supply of tea/coffee and biscuits. We also leave cleaning products to ensure the van is left clean for our guests.
You will need to supply bed linen and towels / quilts and pillows are supplied.

Clubhouse info; Kids club with gang from Tree Top Grove indoor heated swim pool soft play area, amusements, and nature trail. Entertainment daily/nightly in the Sunset Showbar, also Coast Bar & Restaurant with great eat in or take away food, there is crazy golf, and play areas all round park.. You must have a pass to gain entry these can be obtained from Reception at a cost of £5 for ¾ nights & £7 for 1 week, under 3s free.

To ensure van is left clean & tidy and the safe return of key to Reception, and to secure dates a £25.00 returnable charge will be required. We are taking bookings for June,July/August/September please call the number below for special price if you book now.
