Hi there, let me introduce you to my gorgeous holiday home. It really is the ultimate in luxury holiday home living. The finest finishing touches characterised our exclusive luxury accommodation. It is a Willerby Vogue Connoisseur 2010, fully double glazed and has central heating. It is a 2 bed roomed model and is a spacious 43ft long by 13ft wide. Sleeps 4 people ,
with Wifi Connection (payable through Haven)
We are located on the incredible location of "THE STABLES" It is an EXCLUSIVE owners only lodge retreat of luxury lodges.THE STABLES is situated in a area of outstanding natural beauty over looking Tremadog bay.THE STABLES is only accessible through an electronic gated entrance for added security.
Due to our location, guest enjoy peace and quiet and a high degree of privacy, not normally found in a holiday park.
We are 5 minute walk to the main park entertainment and have Direct access to the Beach, coastal path and the Headland, enjoying breathtaking scenery and views of Snowdonia Mountain Range . A NEWLY BUILT GOLF COURSE is a 2 minute stroll from our holiday home .
Our guest also enjoy the added benefit of convenient adjacent parking for up to 2 cars right next to our holiday home. Makes things a lot easier if you have children and for packing and unpacking the car.

The first thing you will notice is the lovely clean ,colour co-ordinated beautiful furnishing of our EXCLUSIVE holiday home, and as private owners we clean and maintain our holiday home to the highest possible standards

holds a spotlessly clean KING SIZE BED, ample storage space, walk in wardrobe, WALL MOUNTED FLAT SCREEN PLASMA TV. Just for us girls, hair dryer, curling wand and hair straighteners .If that isnt enough it also has an

Toilet, wash basin , shower cubicle, thermostat controlled power shower.
TWIN BEDROOM
Spotlessly clean twin beds, ample storage space, WALL MOUNTED FLAT SCREEN PLASMA TV.We also have a travel cot if you wish to use it.
Yes we also have a family bathroom, a lovely modern bathroom suite .
Toilet, wash basin, power shower and LARGE DEEP BATH, great for a nice long soak
Our beautiful fully integrated kitchen has it all with a wide rang of intergrated appliances. Full size fridge/freezer (great for stocking up on food and ice lollys for the kids). Gas hob with 5 burners and extractor fan. Highline cooking station (oven, grill and microwave).WASHER/DRYER, free standing table and chairs. There is also integrated ironing board and steam iron. Pots, pans, dishes, cutlery. kettle, toaster, enough of everything to make a snack or a feast. Access to veranda
In our lounge you will find a lovely free standing suite ,display cabinet, side tables, lamp and wall lights. Beside central heating we also have a plasma wall hung fire. For your entertainment we also have CD player/radio, 37inch flat screen plasma wall hung TV. in addition to this we have a DVD player/recorder and lots of DVDS if you fancy a cosy night in.You will also find a selection of books and binoculars to admire the fantastic view.
French doors in lounge gives you a fantastic panoramic view, they open out onto our raised, non-slip, custom made large decking area which wraps around our holiday home. Our veranda is bathed in sunshine from sunrise to sunset because of our lovely south facing location. The veranda is also gated, fitted with a child safety lock, which is a must if you have little ones. There are sun loungers ,table, chairs and a lovely big parasol to give you some shade from the hot afternoon sun, there is an abundance of flower pots that adorn our home, and well,- just make it feel loved .From our veranda you can take full advantage of our fantastic SEA VIEW,VIEWS OF TREMADOG BAY AND THE BEAUTIFUL VIEW OF THE WELSH COASTLINE AND THE SMALL ISLANDS BEYOND,IT REALLY.IS A VIEW TO BE APPRECIATED. Due to our location at "THE STABLES" guest can enjoy peace and quiet and a high degree of privacy not normally found on a holiday park. Maybe you will look out at the view all day or relax and read a book. Lovely for dining alfresco. At the end of the day when the sun goes down with the flick of a switch the lanterns light up, so you can enjoy your evening with a nice chilled wine and watch the world go by.
In addition to our veranda we also have a small patio area which holds more seating in the way of a bench set.
Adjacent to patio there is a large lawn area on which the children can play and because of our location there is no thru traffic passing up and down, unlike other parts of the park.
This is an EXCLUSIVE accommodation, on an EXCLUSIVE location on the park with all the extras and facilities you would expect to find in a luxury lodge. We are located on the owners lodge retreat known as “the Stables,” Through an electronic gate, only accessible with a fob for added security. The amazing elevated location offers peace and tranquillity in this beautiful part of Hafan Y Mor, you will be surrounded by lovely undisturbed natural planting and wild flowers. You will be visited by the wild life that live there, (squirrels, rabbits and many species of birds) it is just stunning. The views are to die for, so kick of your shoes, relax and take in this little piece of heaven. ENJOY!

smoke alarm and fire extinguisher, [lets hope we never need them]

A non refundable deposit of £100 is payable at time of booking to secure your holiday . The balance is payable 8 weeks prior to the commencement of your holiday,if the balance is not recived at that time you will lose your deposit and your holiday will be cancelled and readvertised.
If you are booking within 8 weeks a full payment is required at the time of booking,
Once the balance has been paid refunds will only be considered at the Caravan owners discretion
and subject to the time remaining to the holiday and replacement booking obtained.

Only the persons on the booking form may stay at the Caravan,
The hirer agrees that all the persons named on the booking form shall be with you (the hirer)
during your hire period of the Holiday Caravan,
Caravan owner,Park owner(Haven)/staff shall have a copy of your booking form,
This is important as it is for you and your parties safety and security purposes only.
Each person on the booking form must be prepared to identify themselves to Caravan owner,
park owners(Haven)/staff upon request and comply with their reasonable requirements,No refunds will be made to the hirer whose hiring has commenced and vacates the Caravan for any reason, This includes an emergency at home, over occupancy and being asked to leave by Caravan owner or park(Haven).
Rowdy or threatening behaviour and over occupancy ( over occupancy any person not named on booking form) will not be tolerated and may lead to you the hirer and your guest being asked to vacate the Caravan and asked to leave the park,
IF YOU ARE ASKED TO VACATE THE CARAVAN AND LEAVE THE PARK BY THE CARAVAN OWNER OR PARK OWNERS(HAVEN)/STAFF FOR ANY REASON WHAT SO EVER THE CARAVAN OWNER SHALL NOT REFUND ANY MONEY .

NOT WHAT WE EXPECTED...IT WAS MUCH,MUCH BETTER!
For four years we have been coming to Hafan Y Mor with Haven and private holiday caravan rentals and it has to be said this is by far the best holiday home we have ever stayed in .
In fact we will probably not look elsewhere again as this holiday home is brilliant.
It is beautifully presented , very homely , clean tidy ..welcoming .Our family of 4 [ the wife, me and 2 kids aged 4 and 7] enjoyed our stay tremendously, it felt like home from home.The holiday home is situated in a secluded and private part of the holiday camp, very quiet, picturesque with wonderful views across the bay to Abersoch .Quite simply stunning.I guarantee that you will not find a nicer place to stay on the park. After our weeks stay we were really sad to leave [ my four year old daughter sobbed for over an hour ],and we are looking forward to booking again in the future .

Dear Esther just wanted to say a huge thank you for a wonderful family holiday .Your holiday home is gorgeous and your photos certainly dont do it justice .I cant think of a single thing I would change or add , its perfect.
Our week was very mixed weather - wise but even the rain didnt spoil things. There was so much for the children to do on the park .Best of all though - after a busy day it was so nice to go back cook a meal and sit on the decking looking out to sea with a bottle [or two]of wine .Whilst the children flopped in frount of the TV after such a busy day .The wifi was a real bonus for Paul and the dreaded laptop too.Its so quiet an peaceful at The Stables .Its the perfect mix with all the amenities on the park but with such peace and privacy back at the holiday home .Your helpful tips and information both before and during our holiday were superb .We had such fun finding all your favourite spots .Amazing beaches a short walk away and lovely little villages .Its a shame that we have already booked our 2 week summer holiday otherwise I would be on the phone to you begging to fit us in !! We just wanted to tell you about our fabulous stay at your holiday home in Hafan Y Mor ,we had awonderful week and even the weather was agreeable! What a superb holiday home with all the creature comforts you could require and more .Being of a fussy nature about the standard of accommodation that we stay in , we were over the moon to find that all our boxes were ticked and we had no complaints about anything .From lovely fixtures and fittings and comfy beds to the good size TVs . The varanda with its wonderful sea view was the perfect place for a glass of Pimms in the early evening . Its setting is peaceful but not too far away from the hive of activity at the parks central hub .If people look for a very high standard of accommodation , and location to make their holiday complete , then we would highly recommend to others ( but not too many for fear of not being able to rebook it again through it being full ha ha ha }

Hello Esther, just a little note to say thanks for the wonderful week we spent at your lovely home.Last year we stayed in one of them wooden lodges, it was ok , clean , but a bit dull and dated ,no ultra modern kitchen, washing machine or en suite and there was no flat ground for the kids to play on every where was on a hill.Yours came as a recommendation from a family friend ,they were spot on when they said it was beautiful and the location is fantastic .After staying there we wouldnt want to take the kids any where else .Thanks again,we will be intouch to book later on in the season.Julie,Shawn,Alfie and Bobby Perry

As soon as we arrived at THE STABLES we knew we where somewhere special,so different from the rest of the park .We were real impressed as we pulled up at your home looked so well cared for , attractive and pretty with all the flowers in bloom.Inside was beyond our expectations,its gorgeous and dressed to perfection .There was everything we needed for a comfortable relaxing holiday ,proper home from home .We spent a lot of time dining on the varanda ,the scenery is lovely and it is so very quiet.With a wife and twin daughters age 10 going on 20 I was just happy to be able to get into a bath room! With a bath and 2 showers I was well pleased (lol).Having the wi fi connection was superb , we took our lap top with us and it connected instantly .We would also like to add the excellent service we recived from yourself ,friendly , honest and truthful .We have already booked to come again in summer and have recommended you to family and friends . thanks again , see you soon.

Hi Esther and John,thanks for letting us rent your lovely home .Wife is very fussy but she loved it, it had everything we needed she said she wants a kitchen just like it at home ha ha. The home its self and the location is very impresive and it was lovely to meet you both.Normaly stay in a wooden lodge nice, but a bit out of date not all the mod cons you have and saved us a fortune having the washer/dryer.Weather wasnt to good so we often stayed in of a night and watched quite a few of your dvds and if the girls wanted to watch something different they had their own tv in the bed room , what more could we ask for .Just like home, we did nt want to leave, very cosy , booking 2 weeks next time Thanks again you will hear from us soon

WOW,your home is fantastic. We loved it. Really appreciated your honesty in the discripton you gave in your advert,we were not disappointed ,was every thing you said it was.We have booked accomodation before and they have looked and sounded wonderful and when we got there been awful,so thank you,we will be booking with you again next time we come.The park is a great family place with something for everyone.Its so peaceful at The Stables so with 2 small children who go to bed earley your location was ideal,they were off to sleep in no time

This is our second time at this beautiful holiday home and we felt we should just let you know this place is fantastic .It is on a peaceful , private location , fantastic views ,clean and has everything you would need and more .
Having 2 small children age 3 and 2 having a varanda they could safely play on is a must We have stayed in others with the little iron steps and have had to keep the doors locked in fear of the children falling down the steps and getting hurt or wondering off and we have just felt locked in .We made full use of the varanda ,children played ,we had our meals and sunbathed on it while looking out at the lovely sea view. Come evening Tony and I turned on the lights and chilled out there with a beer ,although we couldnt see the sea by then we could hear the waves ,its a relaxing way to end the day .Having a washer/dryer was great and saved us time and money .We put the washing on took the small stroll to the beach and on our return washings done and ready to put away , great .We used a BBQ on the patio, which has even more seating, got a paddling pool from the shops and filled it from the outside hose pipe , children splashed away for hours then played ball on the large garden , which is really safe as there is no traffic .Even washed the car while we were there ha ha.Having 2 showers is great but little ones like the bath ,so we were really lucky to have the bath and if its a cot you need this place has 2.If you are looking at this holiday home for your next holiday you would be a fool not to book it .

I went with my daughter and grankids ,we had a great holiday so much to
see and do.Kids loved the pool with all the water flumes and slides,
roller skaiting and the foot ball to name just a few of the many activities.
Of a night we all went to the clubs and joined in with all the fun and activities there as well. There is lots to do on the park.
The high light for me was your holiday home,loved it.So walm,cosy and
very comfortable,couldnt belive it,it had every thing we needed,its amazing.

We have 2 young girls who could play out and about as well as on the varanda with no worries about passing traffic.
All the amenities are not to far, which was a plus for Kevin as he dont like
walking to much.the extra touch of easter eggs for the girls and chocolates
for us was throughly appreciated along with the time and effort you put in to

We have holidayed at Hafan Y Mor a couple of times and often admired the beautiful holiday homes at The Stables.We were delighted to find we were able to book with John and Esther and get to enjoy the wonderful view in their gorgeous holiday home.We found a very clean, luxurious holiday home with everything we could possibly need. We were helped every step of the way by John and Esther who bent over backwards to fix our Internet problems so we could still work when we had to.
We had a brilliant time on our holiday, we loved our stay at The Stables.
We had the views, the luxury and even the weather!

Hi Esther and John,

Just wanted to let you know how much we enjoyed our week in your second home. The caravan is by far the best we have stayed in, the comfortable beds and seating were excellent as was the washer/dryer, two bathrooms and bath. But by far the best was the location and the view. So perfect to be in such a quiet area, but a short walk from the all the park facilities. The kids loved the freedom of being able to run around safely.
We enjoyed lots of the facilities and the local beaches. Had great days out on the train to the top of Snowdon, Greenwood Adventure park and the Llechwedd Slate Mines. A week wasnt long enough. Even the weather was kind to us!
