We are located on a Private Exclusive Location which is accessed through an electronic gate,
It is a quiet peaceful location with just a 2 min walk to the Headland and Beach,

We have a large wrap around Veranda with a locked gate so is very safe for little ones,
There is Table and Chairs for out side dining or to sit and enjoy beautiful Sea Views,

We also have a Bench Set on our Patio Area and a Large Grassed Area for your children to play safely,

Parking for your Car is on the Drive way next to the Holiday Home

A non refundable deposit of £100 is payable at time of booking to secure your holiday . The balance is payable 8 weeks prior to the commencement of your holiday,if the balance is not recived at that time you will lose your deposit and your holiday will be cancelled and readvertised.
If you are booking within 8 weeks a full payment is required at the time of booking,

Once the balance has been paid refunds will only be considered at the Caravan owners discretion
and subject to the time remaining to the holiday and replacement booking obtained.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS ON OCCUPANCY

Only the persons on the booking form may stay at the Caravan,
The hirer agrees that all the persons named on the booking form shall be with you (the hirer)
during your hire period of the Holiday Caravan,
Caravan owner,Park owner(Haven)/staff shall have a copy of your booking form,
This is important as it is for you and your parties safety and security purposes only.

Each person on the booking form must be prepared to identify themselves to Caravan owner,
park owners(Haven)/staff upon request and comply with their reasonable requirements,

No refunds will be made to the hirer whose hiring has commenced and vacates the Caravan for any reason, This includes an emergency at home, over occupancy and being asked to leave by Caravan owner or park(Haven).
Rowdy or threatening behaviour and over occupancy ( over occupancy any person not named on booking form) will not be tolerated and may lead to you the hirer and your guest being asked to vacate the Caravan and asked to leave the park,

IF YOU ARE ASKED TO VACATE THE CARAVAN AND LEAVE THE PARK BY THE CARAVAN OWNER OR PARK OWNERS(HAVEN)/STAFF FOR ANY REASON WHAT SO EVER THE CARAVAN OWNER SHALL NOT REFUND ANY MONEY .
