We make every attempt to make the caravan as inviting and homely as possible with the added benefit of a fully equipped kitchen, spacious living room with two leather sofas and slimline tv with Freeview, a relaxing conservatory, double bedroom with en-suite toilet and sink, a single bedroom and a bathroom with shower and hand basin with gas centrally heating & double glazing. we also provide extras like dvds, books, magazines toilet rolls, washing up liquid, towels, tea towels, iron and ironing board, and some cupboard essentials, all bedding is also provided there is also a washing line and table and chairs outside.

Strictly no smoking in the caravan or on the decking area. Smoking is only permitted outside the caravan on the patio area.

When booking the caravan it is solely for the person(s) named on the booking form no visitors, and no overnight guests.

Do not disable smoke alarms. All electrical and domestic, including heating must be switched off when you are not in the caravan.

Accommodation prices exclude optional extras like fishing are extra.
