Welcome to our NEW 2018 caravan which is situated on The Orchards which is a stone throw away the main entertainment centre. This is a quieter area on the site a little close of 12 caravans.. Easy access to the North end of Mablethorpe, with the Ferryboat Inn, Seal Sanctuary and of course the beach.

The keys will be outside the caravan in a keysafe. We will email you the combination one week before your holiday, the combination is changed after each guest.. Check in time 2pm and check out 10am. Lead guest must be 25 and over.

The caravan is 6 berth. There are two twin rooms and a double room.

The kitchen is fully equiped with your household needs whilst away on holiday. The caravan has gas central heating and double glazing. There a 32in tv with freeview DVD player and a selection of dvds for your enjoyment. There is Remtec Alarm fitted for extra security, details will be in the key safe. We now have a Veranda and a patio area for your outdoor entertainment. Just a £100 returnable deposit/bond secures your booking.

£100 bond will be refunded on the day of your departure after an inventory has been taken, breakages and damage etc will be deducted and the remaining balance will be returned.

Some of the bond will be retained if the utilities are left on i.e.gas, electric.
