The Beach House near the Sea. The Caravan is called the Beach House as it's half an hour walk to the Sea along a quiet Country Road. Also it is 500 metres away from a lovely heated Swimming Pool (usually about 30 degrees) that is open every day 10am - 6pm May-September. The decking is in the Sun all day so you can sit outside & get a tan. Great place to eat outside too. Everyone is so friendly here. It's Sutton-on-Sea - the friendliest place in the UK. Sutton-on-Sea or Mablethorpe are both 5 minutes drive away
Owner Description
The Space - It's a small/standard size Mobile Home in a quiet & friendly park with only about 125 or so Caravans & a great Pub called The Cartwheel. It does a good & cheap Carvery on a Sunday.
Guest Access - The Pool is well worth checking out. It has a changing room & a separate Pool for toddlers. Next door is a Laundrette & toilets.
Neighbourhood - Everyone is so friendly on the Park. The Caravan has fabulous views over the Countryside. Even in the Peak Season all you can hear are the birds. It is a great place to recharge your batteries.
It has the most beautiful Sunsets out the Sitting Room picture window & is quite Romantic to sit out on the Decking to watch them.
Getting Around - You can park right outside the Caravan.
The nearest Bus Stop is about half an hours walk away at Trusthorpe Village Hall. This will take you to Skegness or Louth.
Please go to the Reception to park your car. You will need to walk & follow the Map on your Checking In Instructions to pick up the Key and Fob (to get your car through the Barrier) at the specified place at T84. If you need any help Lisa at Caravan T112 on the corner will help you.
We will leave a key for you in a specified place or a Host will meet you. See Check In Instructions.
We will give you a key that will open both doors. Please make sure that the key is put back in the specified place at the end of the stay. Thank you.
On the table is some Paperwork please fill this in & leave it at Reception on your first day. Staff here are very friendly & will give you a Map so you can see where the Caravan, the Pool (open May - August) & Laundrette are.
If you want a quiet swim we recommend that you use it at 10am or at 5.00pm before it shuts at 6pm. At the back of the Swimming Pool is a changing room or you can walk back to the Caravan. It's only 2 minutes away.
At the front of the Caravan if you walk towards the Wind Turbines is a gap in the fence where you can walk your dog off the lead. If you cross this field you'll find a quiet road that leads to the sea (30-40 minutes walk).
Written Instructions on how to light the fire, cooker & how to use the Shower are left on the table.

Booking Terms
If you would like to book the Caravan. Please let me know your dates and I will let you know the price. You may need to pay the deposit of £50 or the full price when you book depending on your dates. The full price will need to be paid atleast a month before your Holiday date or you may lose the £50 deposit.
Cancellation Policy - Full refund for cancellations made within 48 hours of booking, if the check-in date is at least 14 days away. 50% refund for cancellations made at least 7 days before check-in. No refunds for cancellations made within 7 days of check-in.
