Additional Features

I have available to hire this beautiful six berth caravan on the Golden Palm Resort at Chapel St Leonards Skegness. It has two bedrooms and also the sofa can be turned into a further double bed. The master bedroom has its own en suite facilities which stops the queueing for the toilet :) . This caravan is double glazed and has central heating which makes it ideal for early and late season holidays as it is extremely warm in all rooms The caravan has a full length veranda and table and chairs so you can have a drink outside as the sun goes down.

Booking Terms

Booking & Payment:
1. A binding contract between us will come into existence when we issue a confirmation of booking letter.
2. It is essential that you check your booking confirmation letter as any amendments to this may not be accepted later.
3. Prices do not include passes which can be purchased at site if required. Please note that during this COVID Pandemic certain facilities may be closed for which we bear no responsibility.
4. You must pay the deposit stated when you book, and the balance of the price of your holiday must be paid in full SIX weeks before your arrival date. If you book within SIX weeks of the start of your holiday, you will be required to pay the full price of the holiday when you book. Special offers may have alternative rules on deposit & balance payment dates, please enquire when booking.
5. All reservations must include a person of at least 18 years of age.
6.Deposit is non refundable in the event of a cancellation unless the site is closed due to Covid19.
7.Please note a bond of £50 is taken in addition to the cost of the caravan as a security bond towards any damage/extreme dirtiness left in the caravan. Providing the caravan is left in a clean and undamaged decision the bond will be returned day of departure ( not including items such as plates cups glasses etc).
Party Information:
8. Only persons listed on the registration form may occupy the accommodation allocated. The number of persons allowed in accommodation booked is restricted to the number of berths of the accommodation and cannot exceed the berth limitation for insurance reasons.
Check In:
9. The Caravan may be occupied from 4pm on the day of arrival until 10am on the day of departure. On the morning you are due to arrive after the caravan has been fully cleaned the cleaner will change the key safe code and you will be sent this to let yourself in on arrival thus lessening the wait in the office.
Pets:
10. We do allow dogs providing they are well behaved. All dogs must be kept on a lead under the control of a responsible adult always. Dog owners are responsible for clearing up after their dogs and disposing of dog fouling in the bins provided. Aggressive dogs or noise disturbance will not be tolerated, and you will be liable for any damage caused.
Accommodation:
11. We ask that you use your accommodation and its contents with care and consideration and leave it in a clean and tidy condition on your departure. All homes and indoor venues are strictly non-smoking, this policy extends to the use of vaporisers, e-cigarettes or other similar devices due to their similarities to cigarettes.
12. Caravans are fully equipped with cooking and domestic utensils. Adequate duvets and bed linen are provided. An accommodation inventory can be made available to you if requested in advance.
13. We reserve the right to make a reasonable charge to you for any damages, missing items or extra cleaning, including damage to other guest’s property
Guest Courtesy and Conduct:
14. You are responsible for the behaviour of all members of your party. Behaviour should be in keeping with the family environment and should not be excessive, noisy or disruptive, especially after 11 pm at night. Offensive, aggressive or illegal behaviour or language towards anyone will not be tolerated and may result in the police being involved. We also reserve the right to ask you to vacate the caravan for misconduct, for example, if your conduct results in police attendance or is considered by us to be seriously inappropriate; likely to cause harm; or impair the enjoyment, comfort or safety of anyone; or is likely, in our belief, to breach any of this agreement. No refunds or compensation will be given in these circumstances and we reserve the right to reject any future bookings from you or any member of your party.
15. The speed limit of 5mph within the Park must always be observed. The usual rules of road traffic law apply on our park. Bicycles, scooters, and similar items must be ridden responsibly across the site.
16. Sound producers are not to be played at any time to the annoyance of others on the Park especially after 11 pm in the evening.
17. If you are suffering from a contagious or infectious disease which may be transmitted through the use of any facilities on the park, then you may not use those facilities.
18. You are responsible for all breakages, including windows and any damage caused by you, a member of your party or any pets and these must be replaced or paid for, prior to departure.
19. Your health and safety, and the health and safety of other customers and site staff, are our number one priority. If we are not able to provide your holiday because the site has had to close for health and safety reasons, then you may choose to re-book at no additional cost or to receive a refund from us. We also hope that during your holiday you will be able to enjoy as many of facilities as possible. Unfortunately, for health and safety reasons we do not promise they will be open. They will only be allowed to open if both the law and the sites own health and safety risk assessments tell the site they can be opened and can open them safely. The site may need to close them at short notice. As you will still be receiving the holiday you have booked with us, and we have not promised these facilities will be open, you will not be entitled to cancel or to receive any compensation if they are closed.
Complaints:
20. Should you have any problems with your accommodation or otherwise during your holiday with us, please notify us immediately so remedial action, if necessary, may be taken. It is important that you tell us as soon as you become aware of a matter so that we can investigate as soon as possible. If you do not tell us until after you have left the park, then it may not be possible to find evidence to uphold your complaint.
