Booking Terms
A £50 NON refundable deposit must be received within 7 days of making the booking. This payment will secure the dates of your holiday and a receipt will be issued to you when the payment is received by email or post.
A £50 damage bond will be added on to the total cost of your holiday.
This will be returned when the caravan has been checked.
Holiday must be payed for in full 4 weeks before the start of your holiday.
The price of your holiday does not include entertainment passes. They can be purchase from reception.

Duvets and pillows are provided you just need to bring your bedding, towels and tea towels.
The site amenities are only available from the middle of march to the end of October.
There is a club behind skipsea sand when amenities on site are closed.
