Located close to the beach and local attractions, with access to on-site facilities including a swimming pool, kids’ clubs and evening entertainment (passes required).

Welcome to Whitley Bay Escapes, our privately owned 3-bedroom caravan located at Whitley Bay Holiday Park on the North East Coast.
The caravan sleeps up to 6 guests and is clean, modern and comfortably furnished, providing a great base for a coastal holiday. Whether you plan busy days enjoying the park’s facilities or quieter days exploring the local area, the caravan offers a comfortable and well-equipped place to stay.
Accommodation includes one double bedroom and two twin bedrooms, ( with bed linen included in your rental period ) along with a main shower room and a separate second toilet, making it more comfortable for families and longer stays.
Bed linen, towels and tea towels are provided. Free standing furniture.
The living area offers comfortable seating, a dining space and a 50” TV, with Wi-Fi included. The kitchen is well equipped for self-catering and includes an air fryer, along with complimentary tea, coffee, milk sachets and sugar provided on arrival.
Outside, the caravan benefits from private decking with outdoor seating and a dedicated parking bay beside the caravan.
Whitley Bay Holiday Park offers a range of on-site Parkdean facilities including an indoor swimming pool, kids’ clubs, family entertainment and food outlets. Entertainment passes are required to access all park facilities and can be purchased separately from park reception.
The location is ideal for exploring Whitley Bay beach, coastal walks, Tynemouth, St Mary’s Lighthouse and Newcastle upon Tyne.

Booking Terms
• Maximum occupancy is 6 guests (including children and infants).
• Lead booker must be aged 21+ and remain for the duration of the stay.
• No pets. No smoking or vaping inside the caravan.
• A £50 non-refundable deposit is required if booking more than 6 weeks before arrival; full balance due 6 weeks before arrival.
• A £75 refundable security bond is required one week before arrival and returned within 7 days of departure, subject to checks.
• Entertainment passes are not included and are required to access all park facilities (available to purchase at park reception).
• Check-in from 3:00pm via secure key lock box · Check-out by 10:00am.
• This is a private hire and not affiliated with Parkdean Resorts.
