This is our family 8 berth home offering great value for money. It is fully equipped and well presented providing all the family needs for a relaxing holiday.
This popular holiday home has a comfortable feel and three bedrooms, a double and two twin bedrooms, plus a pull out bed in lounge area. There is also a well equipped kitchen.
The caravan benefits from a large grassed area adjacent to it which is private. A table and chairs are provided for your use. Why not relax at the end of a day with a drink or a meal in the fresh air?
The caravan is within easy reach of the all the facilities Holiday Resort Unity has to offer.

In the area we have Glastonbury, Wells with its wonderful Cathedral, and not forgetting Clarks Village at Street.

THE HIRER MUST BE OVER 18 TO BOOK THIS CARAVAN
1. Bookings: Upon receipt of your enquiry, the caravan can be provisionally booked. This will be held for a period of 2 days only, by which time a booking email must be completed and deposit paid. If no booking email and deposit is received within this period, then the provisional booking will be cancelled. We reserve the right to cancel the booking and re-advertise the caravan.
2. Payment: There is a £50 non-refundable deposit required, payable within 2 days to secure your booking. The remaining balance, is to be paid no later than 60 days before your holiday is due to start.
3. Non-payment: If no contact or payment is received by the due dates, the booking will be cancelled with no refunds and the dates will be re-advertised.
4. The caravan will be available to the hirer during the period shown on the confirmation letter from the owners.
5. The caravan sleeps a maximum of 8 people and at no time must this be exceeded. Only occupants registered are allowed to occupy the caravan, if anyone is found you will be asked to leave forfeiting the rest of your holiday with no refund of monies.
6. Access to Caravan: The Caravan Owners or their representatives shall be allowed access to the holiday caravan at any reasonable time during any holiday occupancy.
7. The caravan is only available for hire by families and responsible couples. Holiday Resort Unity cannot accommodate all male or all female parties.
8. Well behaved Pets are allowed at the owner’s discretion, should a complaint be received about your dog’s unacceptable behaviour you will be asked to leave the site with no refund.
9. Strictly NO SMOKING inside caravan. However smoking is permitted on the patio, please ensure you clean up afterwards.
10. The area surrounding your hire caravan must be kept clean and tidy at all times.
11. Park speed limits must not be exceeded.
12. Holiday Resort Unity is a family holiday park and anyone whose unreasonable conduct causes a nuisance to any other persons will be asked to leave, forfeiting the rest of the holiday.
13. Please keep noise to a minimum and show consideration to other caravan owners and occupiers at all times.
14. Litter and refuse must be disposed of in the designated areas provided by the park.
15. Please remove all dirty footwear on entering the caravan.
16. Do not disarm smoke alarms.
17. All electrical and domestic goods and heaters must be switched off upon leaving the caravan.
18. Sheets, pillowcases, duvet covers and other linen items are provided.
19. Park rules apply at all times.
20. Holiday Resort Unity and ourselves will not be responsible for any personal loss or injury, however caused or sustained to any person or vehicle (including any persons under age 18 years of age).
21. The caravan owners reserve the right to refuse any booking without any obligation to give a reason.
22. All electrical appliances in the caravan have undergone annual safety checks. Use of your own electrical items is at your own risk.
23. The caravan is to be left in a clean and tidy condition.
24. The Caravan must be vacated by 10.00 am on the day of departure and please time your arrival to be not before 3.00 pm.
