Our caravan is situated just a short walk from the clubhouse and bar, offering nightly live entertainment, along with the kids’ club and bingo. (Club house is open but no live entertainment at present due to Covid 19) Other on site facilities include: . Chef’s Corner, serving a variety of food to cater for all taste; eat in or takeaway . Indoor heated pool (pool attendants always on duty) Pin code entry,code available at reception. . Amusement arcade to keep the kids busy (closed) . Outdoor play area open . Launderette with washing, drying & ironing facilities . Well-stocked supermarket Venturing off the park, the beach is just a short 10 minute walk through the sand dunes. Brean Leisure Park, plus several bars and eating places are just a 15 minute walk away. If you don’t fancy the walk though, you could get the open top bus right outside the Park, which will take you to Burnham-On-Sea, Brean and Weston-super-Mare. This is a hop-on/hop-off bus, with single or family tickets available. Places worth visiting include Burnham-On-Sea High Street and sea front promenade (15 minutes) and Weston-Super-Mare (8 miles). Wookey Hole & Caves. 30 min drive.

Our static caravan sleeps 8. It has 3 bedrooms, 1 double and 2 twin bedded rooms, along with a pull-out double bed in the lounge.
(2 Bedroom static sleeps 6 also available) Great if there is more than 1 family going, please ask me for details.
You can book 3 nights Friday-Monday 4 nights Monday-Friday, 7 & 14 nights Friday-Friday or Monday- Monday Please call me for any other breaks you may require and I will try to accommodate subject to availability.
Fully double glazed with electric wall heaters and electric fire, the caravan also offers a flat screen TV with DVD player, comfortable seating and a well-equipped kitchen. Within the kitchen you will find a gas cooker, grill and oven, a fridge freezer, microwave, kettle, toaster, pots, pans and utensils etc. There are an assortment of kid's dvd's and board games left in the caravan to keep them happy on on a rainy day! (Removed at present due to Covid 19)
The bathroom has a shower, WC and wash basin.
There is decking on the side of the caravan, with 3 small steps, plus a lockable gate; great if you have small children. There is also a paved patio area with table and chairs for your private use only which is on the grassed area right next to the caravan.
Car parking is available in several car parks close to the caravan.
We will provide all bed linen - bed sheets, quilts, covers and pillow cases. Please bring your own towels, toiletries etc., as these are not provided.
A £50 non refundable deposit is required to secure your booking.
A further £50 will be required at the time of booking to cover breakages, this will be refunded to you Usually within 24 hours of your departure providing the caravan is left in the same condition as when you arrived with no loss, damage or breakages, the odd cup or plate no problem accidents do happen. The caravan will be inspected immediately after your departure and photographic evidence provided if necessary.
The full balance must be paid in full 4 weeks prior to your arrival date.
Caravan professionally cleaned between each booking and complies fully with Government guidelines.
Unfortunately, no pets allowed.
STRICTLY no smoking allowed.
Parking on grass NOT prohibited.
PLEASE NOTE- The on site facilities are not open all year round, The facilities on site are open from around the 8th of February until the end of December.
Booking Terms
£50 secures booking, payment in full to be paid 4 weeks prior to arrival, £50 deposit which is returnable providing there is no damage or breakages.
