This is an area of outstanding natural beauty, the park having won David Bellamy awards and Park of the year! We have an abundance of wildlife its lovely to watch the rabbits running about. Guests can enjoy peace and quiet and away from the hustle and bustle normally found on a holiday park. There is a table and chairs on the veranda where you sit and take advantage of this beautiful view, and listen to the sea!!!! Our veranda is also gated so very safe for little ones.

Our Pine Lodge on Havens Flagship Hafan-y-mor Holiday Park. Large Swimming Pool, with slides and rapids, wave pool etc. Golf, Starbucks, lots of places to eat(papa johns pizza) and Entertainment venues!!! We even have segways on site and lots of new things on park this year to keep the littleones entertained.
If you are looking for a truly special and spacious family Lodge with the extra wow factor our lodge offers everything, a prime position on park with stunning views over the sea towards Criccieth Castle and the Snowdonian Mountains it really is a view to be appreciated.
This beautiful double grey lodge Is kept to a high standard it is fully double glazed has locked windows and 2 large patio doors, it is fully heated.It has 2 bedrooms sleeps 5. A 6th person/ child can easily fit by the double bed.( 1 guest bed is provided on request) it is on an elevated position in a very quiet area with a large grassed area behind the lodge very safe for little ones to play. It has recently been refurbished new carpets etc it is spacious and contemporary. It has a wrap around decked area with locked gate and patio furniture to admire the lovely views and for alfresco dining. The lodge has private parking by the lodge making it much easier to pack and unpack the car.It is 2 min walk to some lovely sandy coves and the coastal path where if you are lucky you will see some bottlenosed dolphins and seals. We are also a short walk to the main part of the park. This park is very family friendly with swimming pool and entertainment for the children.
The kitchen is very well equiped a large cream shaker kitchen with all mod cons.,fridge freezer,microwave, washing machine, toaster etc.
The living room has 2 double sofas, new deep pile carpet. chrome living flame fire, large flatscreen tv on the wall, and freesat and even a pair of binoculars to admire the view. Dining table and 4 chairs.
The bedrooms 1 double which is very large and modern. This room can easily take a guest bed and a cot if need be (cot not provided) .
Bedroom 2 cream carpets and brown curtains this has a triple sleeper bunk 1 double and the upper is a single bed these are adults bunk beds and a very sturdy. You can also fit a travel cot in this room if required.
Bathroom with shower and bath, blue tiles modern with glass shower screen chrome radiator cream suite.

Pillows and Quilts are provided but please BRING YOUR OWN bed linen ie,Duvet covers, pillowcases, bottom sheets towels etc.

PASSES ARE NOT INCLUDED IN THE PRICE UNLESS CONFIRMED WITH OWNER. PLEASE SEE BELOW.


A refundable security deposit of £150 is payable with the balance and will be returned after the lodge has been checked to be clean and tidy with no loss or damage. Our lodge is kept up to a very high standard. All we ask is that you leave the lodge as you find it.
There are protective covers on the pillows, duvets and mattresses, please bring with you your own quilt covers, bottom sheets and pillowcases to cover these. There are 2 double quilts and 1 single quilts.
A £200 non refundable deposit is required to secure your booking and the balance is payable 8 weeks prior to the commencement of your holiday unless booking within that time a full payment is required. Once the balance has been paid we are sorry but this is not refundable. (even if you choose to pay the balance earlier).
Cannot take bookings for same sex groups this is to abide by Havens Rules.

Please note that only the people on the booking form can stay in the lodge and the booking is non transferrable.
Any problems please call us as soon as you arrive so we can rectify them for you.


FOR YOUR SAFETY OUR LODGE HAS SMOKE ALARMS AND FIRE EXTINGUISHER.
Cleaning stuff is under the sink please watch your children with these. Move to a higher cupboard if you are not happy thank you.

PLEASE NOTE PASSES ARE NOT INCLUDED IN THE PRICE OF THE Lodge unless confirmed with owner But can easily be purchased from reception and a form will be filled in for you to go and purchase them.
This is very easy you just take the form to reception and pay and pick them up, the form is already there for you as I take it prior to your arrival.

Please note if you choose to pay off your balance of your holiday earlier than the 8 weeks this cannot be refunded.

Well what can we say it is truly a lovely lodge, so nice and clean and all your new carpets and flooring looks lovely. This is a special lodge and if you are lucky like us to stay in it you will definitely book again which we have for next year. Its easy to get to the beach and you can sit in the sun and look at the sea on the veranda. Definitely a wonderful find for us.

Well we finished off our year with a break in your lovely lodge. Far exceeded our expectations of a Haven Park. We loved the fact that your lodge was away from the crowded mass of caravans made such a difference to us. The views are stunning and you keep your lodge up to a very high standard. We have enjoyed our week so much Nicky and your help when we were stuck with our car - the lodge was lovely, spotlessley clean just as we had expected, except the rain. Its a lovely area you wouldnt think you were with the Haven park it is like another world very spacious. Your lodge is so well presented our kids went in the door and went Wow and my wife who is very hard to please was very impressed. So thanks again.

Thank you for letting us rent your lovely lodge it really is in a good area,
wouldnt want to stay too near the entertainment, which is a really busy area.
your lodge did the trick for us an absolute Haven, Wish we owned it we would never be away. We sat on the verandah and watched the sun go down over the sea with our wine. Will definately book again. Lovely and clean was like a little bungalow. We were lovely and warm and needed the heating but never mind was warm as toast. Glad not in a caravan!

The lodge far exceeded out expectations, it was a real treat for us we normally have a caravan, never again! It was so clean and well presented loved the cream throws and cushions on the beds - looked like a show home.
It was so quiet but kids could get to all the stuff in 5 mins. You had everything we needed down to a dvd player which was needed on some nights.
You are lucky to have such a lovely lodge.

Have had a wonderful week in your beautiful lodge, sat on the verandah in the sun and had our wine the views are stunning. You keep the lodge in lovely condition. The kids had a fab time and bought their bikes with them which we kept on the decked area it was so safe they were able to ride their bikes around and around where your lodge is. The weather was stunning and the peace and quiet in your area was so relaxing so easy to get to the beach and 5 mins to the pool and club. Everything we needed and more.

We arrived and were meeted by your caretakers who were nice and friendly with the keys it was easy (so glad we didnt have to wait in the massive queues up at reception they were mad!)
