IF YOU WANT PEACE AND QUIET THEN THIS IS THE ONE!
We are NOT a busy site with rows of vans jostling for position. Our caravan stands alone in its own garden next to our farmhouse overlooking spectacular views across the Tanat Valley. In its elevated position with a veranda around the front end you can truly unwind.
In fact the gas man who does the annual safety check on vans all over the area said it was "The best sited van in Powys."

We are well positioned for visitor attractions. Our photos (7 - 17) will give a taste of what's within easy reach. Lake Vyrnwy is just six miles away, Bala fifteen miles and the highest waterfall in Wales in the next valley. Within an hours drive you can reach Snowdonia and the west coast of Wales.
Our central position makes access easy. Castles, steam railways, stately homes and beauty spots are all within easy reach. The historic towns of Shrewsbury and Chester are only an hour away. It is a paradise for walkers and strollers. Water sports, canoeing, sailing and white water rafting are but a short drive away.
All of the services to the van are mains with calor cooking and water heating. It is well equipped with heating in the lounge and bedrooms, TV on Sky, microwave, toaster, fridge and a toilet separate to the bathroom.
Pets are welcome but we do ask for dogs to be kept under strict control and not to be left unattended in the van.
Local facilities include a swimming pool six miles, several pubs doing meals within three miles (one within walking distance) and local village shops.
