Our homely and spacious family caravan has beautiful views over the Cornish countryside. Positioned on the Willows Way part of the Newquay Holiday Park managed by Park Dean Holidays and close proximity to the heated outdoor pool and short walk to the entertainment amenities and children’s play areas.
The park is only 3 miles away from Newquay town offering many beaches, surfing and adventure activities, shops, restaurants and cafes as well as lively night life.

Our luxury caravan is 3 berth, sleeps 8 people. The main bedroom has double bed with en-suite and small flat screen TV/DVD. The second and third bedrooms have twin beds and all rooms have wardrobe storage. There is a pull out double bed in the lounge.
The bathroom has a large shower.

There is a large open plan living/dinning room and kitchen area. Central heating is throughout and an electric fire in the lounge.

The kitchen has all necessary utensils and equipment as well as a microwave, fridge and freezer, gas oven with grill and extractor.

There is a flat screen 32" TV with freeview, DVD, iron and ironing board, vacuum cleaner and hairdryer.
A high chair and travel cot is also available as well as body boards, deck chairs and BBQ for general use.

Patio doors lead from the main lounge onto decking area with table and chairs and offer the chance to relax and have meals alfresco and enjoy the country views.

There is outside parking for 2 cars and lawn area with washing line and space for BBQ.

We aim to keep prices low and competitive with Parkdean. Weekly prices start from £200 to £695 Peak.Discount offered for two consecutive weeks booked.


Gas and electric is included in the price as well as highchair and travel cot.
