6 berth luxury caravan on Kingfisher Park site, Ingoldmells, Skegness,
Close to all ameinties e.g. pubs, shops , cafes, family bars, etc
Around an 10 minutes walk to the sandy Ingoldmells beach with its very own beach bar at top of the beach.
Lounge area has comfortable settee style seating with large TV, also dvd player with plenty of films for all the family & not forgetting cartoon dvds for the younger children, we also try to provide family board games should the weathe rnot be too great outsside or prehaps just for a quiet night in the caravan after a hetic day out.
The kitchen is fully equipped with most things needed either for a quick snack or a full blown family meal.
Off the kitchen is a small corridor leading to the bedrooms where you will find a twin bedroom (2 single beds ) plus the main master bedroom with its own en suite toilet, there is also a seperate toilet as well in the shower room located off the small corridor which leads to bedrooms, underneath the lounge seating is an extra double fold out bed for extra sleeping accomdation should you need it.
Parking is available right outside of the caravan on a double row of parking slabs.
You will find as well a large high end veranda with proper ratten furniture on for sitting out & enjoying the warmer weather or just having a few peacefull moments whilst the kids go to play on the childrens park very close by ( just at other side of the caravan behind yours )
Booking Terms
A £50.00 deposit (non refundable in event of cancellation ) secures your booking & your balance & refundable bond payments are normanlly due 2 months prior to arrival day, exceptions for short notice bookings.
We don't allow groups of young people prefering to accomadate families & mature couples over the age of 25 years
No pets of any kind are allowed in the caravans with only exception being for registered assistance dogs e.g. blind. hearing, etc
The caravan & vertanda is fully checked after on every changover & if the caravan & veranda areas has been left clean & tidy in all areas with no damage & nothing missing the once the keys/barrier swipe card are safely returned undamged then the £50.00 bond will be refunded asap.
Customers are reminded to take own bedding e.g. duvet covers , sheets & pillowcases together with own towels as these are not provided.
However for 2019 seasson all bedding covers can now be hired for small extra charge.
