It is double glazed and centrally heated for supreme comfort levels and comes complete with everything you need for a stress free holiday home.

The open plan lounge has wrap around comfortable seating complete with flatscreen TV. The sofa can pull out to make a double bed for additional sleeping space.
The bay window boasts incredible views out towards Caldey Island, and the main door leads out on to the wrap about decking with space for outdoor patio furniture. A private parking space is available next to the caravan.
There is a dining area which seats 6 and leads onto the fully fitted kitchen with fridge / freezer, kettle, microwave, toaster and cooker. We are also well stocked with crockery, pots and pans. Neutral colour scheme and cleaned to the highest standard.
At the rear of the caravan, the master bedroom immaculately presented has a double size bed, wardrobe space and an en-suite toilet.
The second bedroom has 2 single beds, complete with dressing table and ample storage space.
