Neutral colour scheme and pristine in cleanliness. Our caravan is situated on a quiet well-run site, it has electric gates for added security. There is a large grassed play area for children to play games on. There is a Browns bar and grill within a 2 minute walk from the site And a laundrette on site. It is centrally located ,so all Towyn has to offer is within a few minutes walk. Both fun parks and arcades, pubs, restaurants, beach, and public transport.
Owner Description
The caravan is very well equipped, with oven, hob & grill, kettle ,toaster, microwave, air fryer, coffee maker, sandwich maker. Living room has a 40 inch TV, DVD Player ( with lots of movies ), free 2G wi-fi. You can purchase 4G wifi from browns for a small fee. Centrally heated, with double glazing as standard on this deluxe model.
The caravan is in excellent condition all around. There is also decking around with a table and chairs. There is a parking space next to the caravan,
We do provide quilts and pillows, but not covers and cases so please bring your own.
Booking Terms
We take a £ 100 deposit on all bookings. With balance to be paid 28 days before your arrival, your deposit will be paid back in full within 48 hours after you have left or as soon as caravan has been checked ( usually within that time). Are dates are not set in stone, so if you would like alternative dates don't hesitate to ask.
