A well presented 6 berth caravan situated on a prime location with lovely sea views and only one minute walk from the beach.

With only a few minutes walk to the outdoor splash pool and indoor swimming pool. Also you are only a short walk away from the climbing wall, children's park and other activities.

This caravan will accommodate all your family and friends with a new 32" TV with built in DVD. Nintendo WII console with Games and controllers.

The site has a full size restaurant/bar which caters for all the family as well as Papa Johns Pizza (free delivery to your caravan) and Burger King.

There is a large entertainment lounge for all the family to enjoy in the evening as well as activities during the day.

The caravan has got a fitted gas fire in the lounge and electric heaters in all 3 bedrooms and bathroom for when the nights are chilly.

Recently fitted new carpets, new curtains and re-upholstered seating and all new duvets and pillows. The kitchen is also equipped with all new crockery, utensils, microwave, toaster and kettle.

Bed linen is not provided. However if you would like the linen to be provided and the beds made up on arrival then this can be arranged at an additional cost of £30.00.

The keys for the caravan will be available for collection from 2pm on the day of arrival. The caravan would need to be VACATED by 10am on the day of departure so cleaning can be carried out.

Please note .. Fun work passes can be purchased from reception at an EXTRA cost.
