Gas fire and electric panel heaters. Outdoor seating area in lovely secluded spot. Parking for two cars.
8-minute walk to the beach and entertainment centre, restaurant, bar, shop, tennis courts, basketball court, play area and both indoor and outdoor swimming pools. Owner will meet and greet where possible.
4-minute drive to Cudmore Grove Country Park with a great driftwood play area and picnic tables and benches.
10-minute drive to West Mersea (shops, petrol, pharmacy, etc.) and further beaches, boardwalk, great crabbing opportunities, cafes, cosy pubs, events and an annual regatta.

Small/medium dogs allowed. Entertainment passes may be purchased on site for £5 each.

Booking Terms
I rent out the caravan between March and November. Rental charges depend on the time of year. Please call/message indicating the dates sought.
⭐️Minimum two-night stay.
⭐️All bookings require a £50 (off-peak) and £100 (peak) deposit to secure the booking.
⭐️A confirmation email will be sent to you including payment and contact details.
⭐️A damage bond of £50 will be necessary at the time the balance is paid. This will be refunded within 48 hours once the caravan has been inspected and keys returned.
⭐️Balance is required 4 weeks before start date or immediately if booked within 28 days of start date.
