Situated on the original Golf Village, an exclusive gated community with stunning views of the golf course, the sea of Cardigan Bay and the mountains beyond.
In the lounge area there are two free standing sofas to relax on with sky-lights above . Full width Bi-fold doors to the 20ft lounge allow you to experience the wonderful unobstructed views. The doors open up to a raised decked area with balcony and outdoor dining furniture. Steps lead to a lower paved area with a fire pit, a serviced hot tub and a hammock for peaceful moments.
In the kitchen there is an induction hob, double oven, built in microwave, fridge freezer, dishwasher, wine cooler, LED lighting and skylight above. The utility area contains washing machine , boiler, iron/ironing board, and hoover.
The dining area has a full sized dining table that seats six people.
The lodge has three bedrooms two with king sized beds and one with a double bed, all bedrooms have televisions.
All bedrooms are supplied with bed linen.
The master bedroom has a fully tiled en-suite bathroom with a full sized bath, a skylight overhead.
The family bathroom is fully tiled with a double shower, and a skylight overhead.
The skylights are electrically operated from a control in the lounge area and have rain sensors which mean they will all automatically close in the event of a passing shower. Instructions for use will be provided.
We supply bed linen and hand towels. .
Tea, coffee and fresh milk will be provided for your arrival.
The lodge has private car parking, further parking is available within the Haven parking facilities by the main reception area should you require this.
The exclusive gated area of the park looks out towards Snowdonia, Criccieth and Harlech it is a beautiful, quiet and relaxing place to get away from it all and relax but close enough to the main park to enjoy the entertainment, sports and pool complex should you want to. With 3 beaches in close walking distance as well as the renowned Black Rock Sands close by where you can drive onto the beach and park all day.
It is a truly wonderful place to stay!
A £200 non-refundable deposit secures your dates.
The remaining payment and a £250 security bond is due 6 weeks before the holiday date.
The security bond will be returned within seven days of your departure subject to cleaning and inspection. We kindly ask that the lodge is left in an acceptable condition.
Please note there is parking for a maximum of two cars on the lodge driveway. Additional cars must not be parked on Golf Village but in the park complex parking facilities.

Haven passes for the fun works and entertainment complex are not included but can be purchased four weeks before arrival.
The lodge is situated on a family holiday park and therefore we must adhere to the policy and regulations of the park which the lodge is situated regarding booking terms and conditions therefore we are unable to accept large single sex group/party bookings.
