We have a lovely 6 berth Swift Surf Shack caravan on the Haven Perran Sands site . We are in a quiet cul de sac a short distance away from the entertainment complex but far enough away not to be disturbed by any noise . This caravan has a lovely interior with free standing furniture.
Owner Description
Our caravan sleeps six , one double and two twin bedrooms . There is a lovely shower room with a shower , toilet and washbasin. There is a separate toilet too . The double bedroom has a tv . The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, four burner hob , a fridge freezer and microwave. The living room has a large flat screen tv with all the usual Disney+ , Netflix , Amazon Prime etc . There is also WiFi too .we provide bed linen but you will need to bring your own towels, tea towels dishcloths etc . We have a safe secure decking with a gate . There is parking for one car at a push two outside too .
Booking Terms
We require a £50 deposit to secure the booking . There is a £50 refundable Damage Waiver Fee added to the cost of the holiday . This will be refunded as long as the caravan has been left in a clean and fit state . I can take Paypal or bank transfer . Details on request . The balance of the holiday is due no less than six weeks before the start of the holiday . All payments will be acknowledged with an email .
Please note we do NOT provide passes .
Dogs are very welcome and there is no charge for them but we do expect owners to pick up any deposits and to leave no trace of dog at the of the holiday .
